Moreover, we prioritize proactive communication when it comes to changes at the front desk. If, for instance, a concierge is unable to fulfill their shift, our goal is to reach out to you immediately. We believe in providing you with an update on their replacement before any residents approach you with concerns regarding the performance of your concierge team. Our aim is to prevent any surprises and ensure a seamless experience for both you and the residents.
